How do I know my transaction will be safe?
Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers. This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that is given to us by our customers. We have an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection to the area where we ask you for such necessary information as name, address, credit card number, etc. SSL is fully supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
What happens after I’ve placed my order?
All orders are reviewed by our staff before being processed. Due to the uniqueness of our handcrafted items and no return poilcy we check all orders manually before your transaction is complete. If we find any issues with your order our staff will contact you for verification.
How are products delivered to me?
Most orders are delived by UPS Ground. Custom made products ordered through Cait's Classic Designs will be shipped Priority Mail (USPS). Either way delivery confirmation is used.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects and workmanship. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will offer a refund or exchange. Refunds or credits will not be given for products used, or with damage caused by customer misuse or neglect. Return Policy
When will my order ship?
Most items ship in 2 days. Personalized gifts and custom items and may ship in approximately 7 days.
Are items in stock?
Every effort is made to keep product availability current; however, an item in your order may sell out before your order can be processed. We apologize for this situation and will notify you via email that your order/item has been backordered.
Why do you ask for Wedding Date during the check out process?
This will ensure that we get your order to you before your wedding.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
Yes. We will review your online order and then transfer it to our in-house order processing system. Once your order is in our system, you will receive an email from us. We process orders Monday-Friday, so you will likely get your email confirmation more quickly on orders placed during those days. The email will list all items purchased. Please look it over carefully.
Do you ship Internationally?
No.

Will you send me a tracking number for my order?
Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
All orders must be shipped to an address deliverable by UPS. Sorry, No PO Boxes.

Sales tax is calculated, for sales in New Jersey only, at the rate of 7%.
