Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Info:

At this time, The Bridal Jewelry Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska & Hawaii.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the customer and delivery confirmation is received from the shipping carrier.

All orders must be shipped to an address deliverable by UPS.  Sorry, No PO Boxes.

The Bridal Jewelry Store is not the designer nor manufacture of all the products we sell. We do not have the ability to display on this site which items are out of stock. If you are concerned about the availability of a certain item we ask that you contact us directly before placing an order.

With such a large array of items available on our site we order many items from the supplier as-needed and then ship them directly to you.

Shipping Time:

In-stock items ship within 4 days or the order being collected by Cait's Classic Designs. Out of stock items may take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be notified about the estimated shipping time if an order may have a delay.

Rush orders:

An order may be shipped directly from the warehouse for selected items.  A $6 fee is charged. If you need your purchase rushed please contact us directly after placing your order by email or phone.

Back-order items:

There can be times when our suppliers back-order a particular item.  If this is the case we will contact the customer directly with a tentative back-order shipping date. At this time the customer is given the option to wait for the item to come back in-stock or cancel the order. The customer will be contacted via email.
